We want you to love purchase as much as we do! If, for whatever reason you need to return an item, you have 14 days to do so. Best Dressed Kids’ policy lasts for 14 days and if 14 days have passed since you made the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. If the items are faulty we will offer an exchange or refund.
Please note that socks and tights, once opened. will be exempt from a return or refund.
We would ask, when you are returning an item to please ensure that it is in the same condition that your received it. It must be unwashed, unworn and unmarked, with all the tags and labels attached. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning any item.
If your goods have arrived damaged or faulty in any way, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Any supporting photos would greatly assist with your return. We will not refund the cost of returned products back to us.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will aim to process the refund within 1-3 working days of receiving your return; however some cards may take longer for the bank to credit your account.
Only full priced items will be refunded. Any items bought in the sale, cannot be refunded.
